How does Canada Job Expo continue to help newcomers?

Since its inception over a decade ago, newcomers / new immigrants have been an integral part of Canada Job Expo. We have helped and continue to help thousands of new immigrants each year with job/career, help, advice, mentorship, assistance and guidance through our network of professionals.

Taking into account Canada welcomed 405,330 new immigrants in 2021 and half of them came to Ontario, we realized one event a year dedicated to newcomers barely scratches the surface. Canada Job Expo conducts 24 job and career fairs a year – 12 in-person job fairs and 12 virtual job fairs helping newcomers all times of the year.

Canada Job Expo is inclusive, diverse and has very successfully integrated newcomers to all our events and workshops during the year. Our workshops are conducted by highly successful professionals in their fields who are themselves immigrants and can outline the roadmap and share success stories with you.
